These are decorative and can be treated with some pretty nasty chemicals to keep them looking nice. Eucalyptus oil is cheap and is available in most health food stores in the skin care or aromatherapy aisles. If you don't have one nearby, let me know and I can send you a bottle! Hi NancyGail,
